Copyright & Takedown Policy

CulinaryMix respects original culinary work. This policy explains what sellers may publish and how rights holders can report unauthorised recipe text, photographs or other protected material.

Last updated: 30 July 2026
01

Seller ownership

A seller must own or hold sufficient permission for recipe text, photographs, illustrations, documents, video and brand material uploaded to CulinaryMix. Attribution alone does not replace permission.

02

Recipes and protected expression

Copyright treatment can differ between a bare ingredient list, factual method and the original expression, photography or arrangement surrounding a recipe. Sellers should create their own wording, images and presentation and should not copy another creator’s protected material.

03

Reporting infringement

A rights holder can use the contact page with the recipe URL, identification of the protected work, evidence of ownership or earlier publication, the allegedly infringing material and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised.

04

Review and response

CulinaryMix may temporarily restrict a listing while a complete report is reviewed, request additional information, notify the seller and take proportionate action. Deliberately false reports or repeated infringement may lead to account restrictions.

05

Licensing purchased content

A standard recipe purchase does not transfer copyright. Buyers may use the content personally unless the listing expressly grants commercial, teaching, publication or redistribution rights.
