Marketplace role

CulinaryMix provides technology for discovering, publishing and purchasing digital recipes. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, ownership, safety and legality of their listings. Buyers are responsible for reviewing a listing before purchase and using recipes responsibly.

CulinaryMix may moderate or remove content, restrict accounts and preserve records where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance or marketplace integrity.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information, protect access to their sign-in method and promptly report unauthorised use. A person must not impersonate someone else, evade restrictions, manipulate reviews or views, attack the service, scrape protected content or use the marketplace for unlawful activity.

Buyer licence

Unless a listing expressly provides a broader licence, purchasing a recipe grants the buyer a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the delivered recipe content. Ownership and copyright remain with the seller or rights holder.

A buyer must not republish, resell, distribute or present paid recipe content as their own. Cooking or selling food made from a recipe does not automatically grant rights to reuse the seller’s photographs, text or brand.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers may publish only content they created or are authorised to sell. Listings must accurately describe the recipe, price, included material, allergens and important safety information. Sellers must not make medical, disease-treatment or guaranteed-income claims.

Direct publishing does not remove responsibility. CulinaryMix may investigate reports and remove copied, dangerous, deceptive or policy-violating listings.

Payments, subscriptions and payouts

Customer payments and recurring subscriptions are processed through the displayed payment provider. Sellers authorise the disclosed marketplace commission and other applicable adjustments. Payouts require successful linked-account and identity verification.

Taxes, bank charges, currency conversion, refunds, reversals, disputes and provider holds may affect the amount or timing of a transaction. Current plan and commission terms shown before payment apply to that transaction.

Hospitality jobs

The job portal is limited to hotel, airline, restaurant and cruise ship vacancies. Employers must have authority to recruit for the named organisation, describe the role and location accurately, comply with employment and anti-discrimination law, and must not request candidate payments, banking passwords, one-time codes or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Job-posting fees purchase the selected listing service and owner review; they do not guarantee publication, applications or hiring. Candidates are responsible for evaluating opportunities before sharing information or accepting employment. CulinaryMix provides application technology and moderation but is not the employer, recruiter or employment agent unless expressly stated.

Franchise marketplace

A franchise seller must be authorised to represent the listed brand and must accurately disclose the legal business, investment range, franchise fee, royalties, outlet requirements, territories and support. Owner review is moderation only; it is not financial, legal, trademark, profitability or regulatory certification.

Unless a listing shows another owner-approved rate, the seller authorises a success commission equal to five percent of the final franchise fee or other brand consideration received for a deal generated through CulinaryMix. The seller must record a completed deal honestly and pay the resulting commission through the official checkout. Buyer capital spent independently on premises, equipment and working capital is not automatically part of the commission base.

Prospective franchisees must perform independent legal, financial, trademark, operational and regulatory due diligence before signing or paying a brand. CulinaryMix does not guarantee profitability, break-even periods, territory availability, financing, approvals or the performance of any franchisor or franchisee.

Food photography licences

Photographers may list only images they created or are legally authorised to license. They must describe the file, permitted use, restrictions and release status accurately, and must hold any model or property releases required for the selected licence. CulinaryMix may review, reject or remove images where rights, safety or legality are uncertain.

A photography purchase grants only the non-exclusive licence displayed at checkout. Copyright remains with the photographer unless a separate written assignment expressly transfers it. Buyers must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, claim authorship of or upload the original file to another stock or asset marketplace.

Public previews are evaluation copies and may include a watermark or reduced resolution. High-resolution originals are private and are made available only after payment verification. Buyers should retain the transaction record and listing terms as evidence of their licence.

Bakery equipment marketplace

Equipment sellers must own or be authorised to sell or lease every listed item. Photos, brand, model, condition, manufacture year, specifications, service history, price, availability, location and delivery terms must be accurate. Owner review moderates submissions but is not a mechanical, electrical, safety, ownership or regulatory certification.

A commission listing authorises the owner-approved success percentage shown in the seller portal on the final sale or lease value of a completed deal generated through CulinaryMix. An eligible active seller subscription may provide a zero-success-fee listing while the plan remains valid. Sellers must record completed deals honestly and pay any due commission only through the official checkout.

Buyers must independently inspect equipment, verify ownership and serial information, confirm electrical and food-safety compliance, test performance and use a written agreement before paying. CulinaryMix does not guarantee condition, suitability, delivery, warranty, title or seller performance and does not hold buyer funds for the equipment transaction unless a listing expressly states otherwise.

Food and health disclaimer

Recipes are educational content, not medical, nutritional or allergy advice. Ingredients, equipment and conditions vary. Users must apply appropriate food-safety practices, verify allergens, cook food to safe temperatures and seek qualified advice for medical or dietary needs.

Liability and service availability

CulinaryMix aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular seller income, campaign result, recipe outcome or AdSense approval. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses directly caused by a breach that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, suspension and governing law

Features and policies may change to improve the service or meet legal and provider requirements. Material changes will be reflected through updated terms or notices.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in a user’s location. Disputes are subject to courts with competent jurisdiction.
